Servings: 1 cereal wg/ ½ legume / 1 vegetable / 2 protein


Ingredients (for 1 serving):

• 1 medium whole wheat tortilla.
• 2 tablespoons of hummus (can be chickpea or lentil).
• 1 handful of fresh spinach leaves.
• 1/4 grated carrot (about 2 tablespoons).
• 60 g of shredded grilled chicken or 80 g of tofu in strips.
• Optional: a pinch of black pepper or lemon juice to enhance the flavor.


Preparation:

• Spread the flour tortilla with the hummus
• Previously place the chicken and vegetables on one side of the tortilla
• Wrap so that all the ingredients are inside the tortilla.
