Ingredients:
* 1 kg of Greek yogurt with no sugar (Fage, Kirkland, Chobani).
* 3 vanilla essence teaspoons
* 4 stevia teaspoons.
How to make it:
1. Introduce a metal mold into the freezer.
2. In the mixer we incorporate ingredients from the list, mix them for few seconds.
3. Rtake the metal mold out of the freezer and add the yogurt mixture that we have made. We cover with plastic wrap and again we take the metal mold to freezer.
4. After 30 minutes later in the freezer, we take out metal mold, with a spoon we mix this ice cream to avoid ice crystals and put it back to freezer.
5. After another 30 minutes do the same as step no. 4. Yogurt will be frozen and hard, this will be more complicated to mix it.
6. Serve and enjoy frozen yogurt.
