Ingredients
• 2 lb skinless chicken breast
• 3 teaspoons olive oil
• ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 4 teaspoons of honey
• Salt
• 4 cups brown rice (cooked)
Preparation
1. Make the marinade. On a large Ziploc bag, mix vinegar, oil, honey, mustard and salt. Add raw skinless chicken breast and close the bag.
2. Place the bag on the refrigerator and let the chicken marinate for at least 4 hours.
3. Take out the chicken from the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before grilling.
4. Pre-heat the pan and place the marinated chicken. Cook from both sides.
5. Serve with rice until completely cooked.
