Food equivalents: 1 vegetable + 2 starch + 3 protein + 1 oil np

Serves: 1

Ingredients
• 4 pieces of nopal baked tostadas
• ½ cup homemade green or red sauce
• 40 g of panela cheese
• 1 teaspoon low-fat sour cream
• Onion, finely chopped
• Salt and pepper
• 2 eggs
• Oil spray

Preparation
1. In a pan, heat the green or red sauce.
2. Break the nopal baked tostadas in small pieces. Add to the sauce and stir.
3. Serve on a plate and add onion, sour cream and panela cheese.
4. Prepare sunny-side up eggs with oil spray.
