Ingredients:
• 2 cups of grated jicama
• 2 cup raw grated carrot
• ¾ cup chopped pineapple
• 14 pcs natural peanuts
• 4 pcs real lemon
• 2 tsp chamoy without sugar
• Tajine chili to taste (blue lid)
Preparation:
1. Wash and disinfect fruits and vegetables very well
2. Peel the jicama and carrot, then grate it
3. Peel the pineapple and chop it into small squares
4. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, incorporating the juice of 2 lemons, the chamoy and the tagine.
5. Enjoy
